From round-tube plate-fin (RTPF) to Micro-Channel Heat Exchangers (MCHX), our advanced coil technologies are engineered to meet demanding thermal and service requirements. We serve a wide range of HEX systems and sectors:
- Hot water, steam, chilled water, DX, and condenser coils for heating, cooling, and heat recovery.
- Turbine inlet air cooling, designed with no moving parts in airflow, increasing operational safety.
- Air handling units, ventilation systems, and machine lubricant oil cooling, with optional turbulators.
- Marine and offshore coils (e.g., CuNi), resistant to harsh saline environments.
- Industrial coils up to 13 meters, used globally in Dry-Air Coolers and Air-Cooled Condensers.
- Custom designs for paper, chemical, and other high-performance industrial processes.
In projects where RTPF is not optimal design solution, we provide Micro-Channel alternatives that bring:
- Lower airside pressure drops and reduced fan energy consumption.
- Smaller internal diameters, cutting down on refrigerant charge.
- Single-metal designs, eliminating potential issues with galvanic corrosion.
- Brazed fin-to-tube metallurgical bonding, maximizing surface contact and heat transfer.
- Turbulent flow regimes in tiny refrigerant passages, raising internal HTC and efficiency.
We also offer Heat Recovery Heat Pipes (HRHPs) – passive exchangers that transfer thermal energy from exhaust to fresh air, without mixing air streams. This technology enhances HVAC efficiency, cuts energy consumption, and improves indoor comfort — all while reducing carbon footprint.
For RTPF- coils, we offer smaller diameter tubes and varied microfin geometries to break laminar refrigerant flow, enhancing refrigerant-to-wall contact and improving inside-tube HTC (α).
