Engineering Thermal Performance Since 1986
Dolphin Manufacturing designs and manufactures high-performance heat exchangers, cooling systems and engineered thermal solutions for OEM and aftermarket partners in more than 85 countries. Our portfolio spans copper-brass radiators, tube-and-fin and bar-and-plate aluminum cores, HVAC coils, microchannel and plate heat exchangers, shell and tube units, dry coolers and battery cold plates. These products serve twelve industries, from automotive, off-highway, mining and agriculture to rail, marine, power generation, HVAC-R, e-mobility, hydrogen and data centers.Founded in 1986 by Nooruddin Jetpurwala as a specialist in automotive engine cooling, Dolphin has grown from a modest facility in the UAE into a global operation under Dolphin Global Holdings, with a strong presence in the UAE, USA and India.Every product is backed by in-house engineering, including thermofluid and structural simulation, CAD modeling and prototyping, FMEA and validation through vibration, thermal cycling and pressure testing. Our facilities run robotic and high-frequency welding, CNC laser machining, large coil fin presses and automated assembly lines. Quality is certified by Intertek to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with AHRI Standard 410 certification for our coils.Nearly four decades on, we continue to build on our founder’s legacy, developing energy-efficient solutions that help our partners meet their performance, uptime and sustainability goals.
